Agent Services Representative
Job Summary
Agent Services Representatives place outbound calls to business customers for the purposes of updating customer records and to schedule one-on-one visits with Agents to review their current holdings.
ClearData is looking for individuals who place a high value on the customer, are comfortable with phone work, have a winning attitude, and are interested in getting in on the ground floor of a fast-growing, technology-focused company.
Job Requirements
Must
be personable, work well with others, and have a pleasant disposition
Must be highly professional with phone etiquette
Successful
candidate would be a self-starter, organized, and detail orientated
Dependable
Desire to excel
Minimum Experience
Associate's
Degree and/or a minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or call center
experience.
Familiarity with the internet, email, and Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Experience
Bi-lingual
Previous experience in insurance
Salary
Salary
commensurate with experience, this is not a commission sales position.
Starting Salary range $10-12 an hour
Clear Data offers full and part time positions with a Monday-Friday work week with an availability to work multiple shifts, if business needs change. We also offer paid vacation time, medical insurance, and free parking.
